Holly Roy, the owner of Empathy Inks, is a visionary in the realm of fine line tattoo artistry. For years she has been passionate in the arts such as drawing, painting, and designing. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She also went through an amazing fine line tattoo mentorship through Fierce Ink and Beauty. With her degree and passion for the arts, she is combining both of her interests to create a career that will make herself and others happy. Life outside of doodling and tattooing, Holly loves to explore different coffee shops, listen to music, and hang out with her friends, family, and pets. (She also has a part-time job as your friendly neighborhood barista) She looks forward to seeing where her career takes her and to meet many amazing people!

Booking a tattoo appointment will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $10. This will go towards your appointment. You will be sent a consent form that will have to be filled out within 24 hours upon booking for your appointment to be approved. If you cancel 24 hours in advanced and would still like to get a tattoo, you can contact me through the booking website or email to schedule for another appointment day. Your $10 non-refundable deposit can be transferred ONLY ONE TIME. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment it will be considered a cancellation. Deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE. If you are a no call no show for your appointment you will not be allowed to book any future appointments through Empathy Inks.
